Refund policy

Made to order. Every Pertees shirt is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Check the size guide before you order.

If something's wrong with your order — damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item — email hello@pertees.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back.

Wrong address: If an order comes back to us because the address you entered was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
